Return and Refund Policy

At Savla Brothers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product if:
- You request the return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- The product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 2).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or assembled
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Products marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents after delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@savlab.in within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- The email address used for the order
- The item(s) you wish to return and the reason
- Photos of the product and packaging (if reporting damage or defect)
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us as instructed. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at returns@savlab.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method (via Razorpay).
- The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 5-7 additional business days.
6. Cancellation and Refund Before Shipping
- If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
- To cancel, email support@savlab.in with your order ID.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
