These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Savla Brothers website at savlab.in (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Savla Brothers is a retail business selling toys, games, gifts, and related products, operating since 2002.

By placing an order on the Site, you represent that:

3. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display differences.
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and represent the final price you pay. Savla Brothers is not registered under GST as turnover is below the applicable threshold.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of placing the order.
  • In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and offer you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • If payment fails or is not completed, the order will not be processed.

5. Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation of an order by contacting us at support@savlab.in before the order has been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return after delivery (see our Return and Refund Policy).
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Place fraudulent orders

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
